1. Booking Confirmation
A consultation is considered booked only after the appointment is confirmed by DR. HEMA JASWWAL. If payment is required, the booking may also depend on successful payment.
2. Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact DR. HEMA JASWWAL as early as possible through WhatsApp at +91 79059 96726. The exact refund eligibility, if any, should be confirmed at the time of booking based on the consultation type.
3. Rescheduling
Where reasonably possible, DR. HEMA JASWWAL may allow a consultation to be rescheduled to another available slot. Repeated missed appointments may be treated as completed bookings depending on the agreed booking terms.
4. No-Show
If a client does not attend a confirmed appointment and does not contact DR. HEMA JASWWAL within a reasonable time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
5. Cancellation by NUMERA
If DR. HEMA JASWWAL needs to cancel a confirmed paid appointment, the client may be offered rescheduling or a refund of the applicable amount, as appropriate.
6. Digital or Completed Services
For consultations or digital services that have already been delivered, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law or where DR. HEMA JASWWAL agrees otherwise.
7. How to Request a Refund
Send your booking details and refund request to DR. HEMA JASWWAL through WhatsApp at +91 79059 96726. Requests will be reviewed according to the booking terms applicable to the service purchased.
